We have a professional structural design team. According to customers' application scenarios and assembly requirements, we can R&D and design magnet products of various specifications and shapes, including round, square, ring, arc, tile, irregular and other full-category structures. The machining tolerance precision can reach ±0.01mm, which perfectly matches the assembly requirements of precision equipment and meets the personalized structural needs of different industries.

We have in-depth research on the magnetic performance of magnetic materials. According to customers' actual working conditions, we can precisely debug the core magnetic performance parameters of magnets: magnetic energy product, intrinsic coercivity, residual magnetism, magnetic flux density, Curie temperature, etc., to achieve customized matching of magnetic performance. Meanwhile, we optimize the formula to improve the stability of magnetic performance, ensuring no attenuation or failure of magnetic performance during the whole life cycle of the product.

We have the core capability of independent R&D of magnet base material formulations. For mainstream permanent magnet materials such as NdFeB, Ferrite, SmCo and AlNiCo, we can adjust the raw material ratio according to performance requirements, R&D exclusive formulations with high magnetism, high temperature resistance, high corrosion resistance and high toughness, balance product performance and cost control, and create cost-effective magnetic material products.

4. Special R&D Capability of High Temperature / Corrosion / Aging Resistance

For harsh working environments such as high temperature, humidity, corrosion and strong vibration, we specially R&D weather resistance solutions for magnets: optimize the surface protection process and upgrade the high temperature resistant formula of materials. Our magnets can adapt to the extreme temperature range of -40°C ~ 220°C, pass the salt spray corrosion test for ≥48h, with significantly improved vibration resistance, impact resistance and aging resistance, suitable for harsh application scenarios such as industrial equipment, new energy, automotive and outdoor equipment.
